About Vanessa Acchione
Vanessa Acchione is a Sales Representative with The Peggy Hill Team. Before working in real estate, she owned and operated Acchione Brothers Construction. Vanessa is eager to provide service above and beyond any expectation in helping you find your #HomeToStay or investment property. Vanessa attended York University, and did both her undergrad and her Masters of Teaching in the Gold Coast, Australia. After she graduated she moved into the construction field, owning and operating Acchione Brothers Construction which excelled and landed a spot of HGTV’s hit show Holmes on Homes!She grew up in Barrie, and wanted to continue working in the area because she loves the small-town feel. She can’t imagine living anywhere else! Being close to the waterfront, enjoying the local shops and restaurants, and being located right between Toronto & Muskoka it is kinda the perfect spot!
When she isn’t working, Vanessa can be found spending time with her 3 teenage boys. Vanessa is often seen in the local rinks or fields watching her boys playing many different sports Lacrosse is near and dear to her and her boys and a sport that her boys all play. The Barrie minor lacrosse association is one that Vanessa volunteers and is an active board member. She especially likes to spend time outside in the summer, and when the weather isn’t as nice she can be found spending time in her favourite room Ð her backyard gazebo! One day she hopes to take her kids to Australia, to take a trip to Ireland and she would love to learn more about photography!
Vanessa is looking forward to working with The Peggy Hill team because of their great reputation and unbelievable brand! She’s bringing the wealth of knowledge she has from working in the construction industry with her and loves meeting new people, and having the opportunity to make people happy. She especially loves working with first-time home buyers because their excitement is so much fun!
